Planning failure by Pakistan captain and coaching staff

I have observed no planning from our Captain and Coach in Asia Cup

1. I have seen no plan related to bowlers, which bowler will attack without worry about the number of runs per over
2. I have seen no plan to bowl batsman according to their weak points
3. I have seen no fielding as per batsman strong points
4. I have seen no shuffle in batting order when you have two all-rounder and you need to long batting line up {Ideally Faheem or Nawaz or Shadab should be promoted top order to long batting line up}
5. I have seen no plan from batsman to reach 300 runs

Have to admit, Even Afraghistan have better planning as compared to us.

Lol the coaching staff will say that all the planning is well and good, ultimately the players go out on the field to execute these plans

Agreed , But what coaching staff is doing.

No increase in M. Amir bowling speed after Azhar Mahmood appointment as bowling coach , Amir should hit 145+ consistency without fear of giving too many runs

Babar azam is showing no sign of improvement , Even he have forget few of his best shots. Where is batting Coach

Rashid khan have learn the art of trap batsman when Shadab khan will learn this.

they did plan, planned on batting first when they stank it up twice, bet you they will bat first again in final if they get there. They planned on not losing wickets and scoring 30 odd runs in first 10 overs, they just missed it by a few runs and a few wkts. Planning is there... for the test matches....

Selection was stupid imo. Planning maybe right up there but execution wasnt. Mickey can plan all he wants but until.the players dont come out executing their plans its all worthless. To start with did we assess the conditions in uae. We were too arrogant with the fqct that we have 6 fast bowlers.. reality is they are all med pacers who cant seem to intrude a quality opp. Reality is we faced weaker oppositions for far too long. Newzealand should have been an eye opener.

The skipper needs to come in terms with the ct glory. It seems to me that he is content with a trophy as he cant seem to raise the bar higher. Evey interview you listen and he will be refering to fan made videos on youtube. Cmon yaar be professional.. india lost... they moaned and carried on with their next assignment. We as a nation are still celebrqting 92 world cup..2009 t20 and god knows how long rhe ct win will go on for
