So it was pr pressure and hesson gets influenced by pressure?Did you and all of Babar’s pr not apply unrelenting pressure to have Babar back in the T20i side?
Hesson's obsession with all rounders is not hidden. We all saw how he kept on playing trundlers and fake all rounders from ISLU to satisfy his urge and now they failed badly, people are blaming eveything on Babar while being blind for other players...So it was pr pressure and hesson gets influenced by pressure?
That just shows how weak of a coach hesson really is than.
Exactly putting bits and pieces of fake crap all-rounders messed up playing eleven badlyHesson's obsession with all rounders is not hidden. We all saw how he kept on playing trundlers and fake all rounders from ISLU to satisfy his urge and now they failed badly, people are blaming eveything on Babar while being blind for other players...
Babar is as much responsible as agha, saim, shadab, nawaz, shaheen and party... Hesson being their boss
So it was pr pressure and hesson gets influenced by pressure?
That just shows how weak of a coach hesson really is than.
What’s your issue? Does Aqib Rate Babar or Rizwan? How did he end up allowing Rizwan to become the T20i and ODI captain when he came in? How did he suddenly allow Babar to come back in T20s?So it was pr pressure and hesson gets influenced by pressure?
Babar selected by Hesson..... no it was pr pressure Hesson cant do this he was forced. What’s your issue? Does Aqib Rate Babar or Rizwan? How did he end up allowing Rizwan to become the T20i and ODI captain when he came in? How did he suddenly allow Babar to come back in T20s?
Don’t act like this is all plain sailing for coaches and administrators in Pakistan.
It’s your hero Misbah who created this cancer for Pakistan cricket. Don’t even try to absolve him from this!
Why should I blame someone who I know has been sincerely doing his best for Pakistan and not for individuals the way Misbah was doing?Babar selected by Hesson..... no it was pr pressure Hesson cant do this he was forced.
He was the coach, he was responsible.
The day he dropped abrar, he should had been kicked out that very moment
Its just funny how you are doing gymnastics, blaming every other person and not coming to Hesson
Hesson should be asked to submit the report in writing, why he didnot opened with Fakhar after first two games , genuinely want to hear from him.

Sincerely drops abrar and keeps shadab and nawaz and shaheen? Why should I blame someone who I know has been sincerely doing his best for Pakistan and not for individuals the way Misbah was doing?
Sadly no coach will fix this pathetic teamJournalist , saying Hesson has left for NZ and its unlikely he will come back, might render resignation from there.
Kamran Akmal said, No international team will hire him , he will only work in franchise setup.
There is some questions he should be asked for sure.Hesson should be asked to submit the report in writing, why he didnot opened with Fakhar after first two games , genuinely want to hear from him.
What's the point of warning? What will that do? Make him coach in a new way?The PCB is reportedly preparing to issue a formal warning, citing “flawed planning and unilateral decision-making” that may have impacted the team’s performance. Sources claim Hesson’s expanding authority also created tension with captain Salman Agha and members of the selection committee, with Dar’s reported resignation linked to similar concerns.

Pakistan’s white-ball head coach Mike Hesson is under fire following the national side’s disappointing campaign at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, with serious questions being raised over his planning, authority and man-management.
Although there is no immediate indication that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) intends to remove him from his post, sources suggest the board will formally warn Hesson that flawed planning and unilateral decision-making harmed the team’s performance.
Senior officials are currently reviewing his conduct with the squad and are expected to examine the tour report before holding detailed discussions with the coach.
Well-placed sources claim that both the selection panel and captain Salman Ali Agha were unable to challenge Hesson’s authority, with the coach reportedly exercising sweeping control over team affairs.
Hesson is understood to have signed a two-year contract with the PCB, and the board remains committed to maintaining stability in the head coach’s role.
During the tournament, several Pakistan players are said to have individually approached PCB officials to complain about the coach’s behaviour.
Insiders allege that his rigid approach and decisions taken without consultation unsettled the dressing room.
It is further claimed that key matters were decided without consulting the captain, with Hesson frequently intervening in all aspects of team management.
Reports indicate that decisions regarding the batting order and playing XI — including the omission of Fakhar Zaman, Khawaja Nafay and Abrar Ahmed — were taken by the head coach.
He was also granted significant authority within the selection committee.
In the aftermath of the defeat, Aleem Dar resigned from his role, prompting questions over why he had approved the squad if he believed it to be flawed.
Critics argue that raising concerns only after elimination does little to address deeper structural issues.
According to sources familiar with the matter, Dar reportedly felt increasingly sidelined during selection discussions and was particularly opposed to the inclusion of Babar Azam, Shadab Khan and Usman Khan in the squad for the tournament.
The 57-year-old reportedly advocated promoting wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan to the crucial No. 6 position, arguing that if opportunities were being afforded to inconsistent performers, Rizwan deserved the same level of confidence from the panel.
The controversy also follows the earlier resignation of former Test head coach Jason Gillespie, who had levelled serious allegations against Aaqib Javed. Observers are now questioning Aaqib Javed’s silence on the latest selection matters.

WHat scientific???Mike Hesson has been an excellent coach for Pakistan. His approach has been scientific and he has done the best with what he had. Pakistan has finished 5th in the tournament. That’s very much realistically where most would rate Pakistan currently in T20
Cricket as a neutral. I would say top 4-5 is the right spot for the current Pak team in T20s .
However he comes across as a guy who is a good assistant coach/. Coaching team material but not the main head coach. He doesn’t have the respect as a cricketer or neither the personality of the guy who can become everyone’s friend/mentor .
He didn’t select Shadab. He is not like Greg Chappell or Gambhir type coach who interferes with selections or has that level of aura.WHat scientific???
Paved the way for Shadab full tosser??? Benched Fakhar for the entire event while on the other side, gave the whole tournament to a failure like saim because he is obsessed with all-rounders??
Joke
I agree on Saim, he should be playing all the limited-over games for Pakistan but same is the case with Fakhar in the T20Is. He had to play all the games in the T20 world cup for Pakistan even if he was not 100% fit.He didn’t select Shadab. He is not like Greg Chappell or Gambhir type coach who interferes with selections or has that level of aura.
Yes I don’t agree with benching Fakhar but do you know his fitness status?
Saim Ayub is still a gun white ball player. I would play him at 5. His bowling is very good. Probably as good as Abrar, definitely better than Nawaz.

Shamyl has a record to back his selection. Ghazi has a big parchi .... Only differenceSo he is the reason behind Ghazi & Shamyl, are these two also from Isb Utd, pathetic if true.
