You have just accepted a narrative and want to believe on that looks like. You are not here to discuss anything but trying to just shove your narrative down on others.
Like i have mentioned in the posts above and have to repeat myself, Bhutto brought social reforms. Benazir couldn't because her govt would last for 1-2 years which is not enough to bring any reform. She faced resistance from the ISI who made a politcal party against her to make her govt weak and the president kept removing her.
No social reforms can be done in a 2 years time.
Yet you expect IK to change the country in three. The PPP have had acontinuos govt in sindh for a number of years. As Showbaaz has shown us, nothing would have stopped them from spending money in Sindh. Can you explain why the healthcare system in sindh is practically non existent even after the 18th amendment change?
Again, 18 amendment came in 2010 and during that time Pakistan was suffering from terrorims which was priority no.1
And yet the same excuse was not given by the KPK govt that suffered the most from terrorism but managed to implement a reasonable health care system. Why couldnt Sindh do the same? what was stopping them?
Situations started to improve after 2014-15.
BB income support has a good reputation and has been honored. Yes corruption did take place in that like in every govt program. BB income support was so good that even the current govt couldnt remove it and rename it as Ehsas.
Actually it has been proven through quantitive and qualitive analysis that this is wrong. Dr Nishtar has said this at various points and the data is available on the net. There was massive corruption in the scheme and it was used during the zardari era to buy votes and other skullduggery.
Also, IK has not bought any socialist reform. This sehat card has nothing to do with socialism. Sehat card cannot be used in every hospital. To even consider this a socialism reform or part of a socialist economy the card needs to be valid in every hospital of the country.
For now. It will ultimately become such. And im sorry but you have no idea what a socialist policy is. Your just not willing to accept the fact that the guardians of socialism in Pakistan have failed to uphold their own so called beliefs. What workers laws were changed in Sindh? what are workers rights like in Sindh?
A socialist govts first order of business is to help the working class. so lets look at labour rights in Sindh:
https://tribune.com.pk/article/90973/the-problem-with-labour-laws-in-sindh
https://cleanclothes.org/news/2021/solidarity-statement-for-workers-from-sindh-province-pakistan
https://www.dawn.com/news/1363661
the above are only some of the recent acheivements of the thaekedars of socialism the PPP.
To call it a socialist reform is ridiculous as already govt hospitals were free for everyone. Would that be socialism? nope, because only govt hospital was free while the rest werent.
what is it then? free healthcare or universal healthcare is a prime socialist policy. Its one of the main pillars of social policy. This card is the first step to a proper universal healthcare system. You think he can implement the british NHS in a day? Now poor workers can take their card and get treated in nearly any hospital with more joining the list in due course. The aim is the card will allow treatment for all , everywhere. That is a socialist policy. I dont really think you get it.
anyways, no point in arguing or discussing any further as you are not open to anything and just want to belief on the notions or narratives you already have.
