Think its clear that only 2 results possible!

So lets see what people feel.

Australia should declare overnight and make Pakistan nervous. Our batsmen will be trembling tomorrow morning.

It should be a boring draw. I don't expect anything dramatic.

Pitch seems way too flat.

Australia is still 27 runs behind. Provided they add 27 and lets assume they take 50 run lead.

That to be fair will take entire session.

Or atleast 20 overs.

So Pakistan has to bat around 55 overs.
With RR of say 2.75 * 55 = 151 All out.

151-50 deficit = 100
55 overs + 20 overs = 75 overs + 4 overs of change = 79 overs.

Total overs to be bowled tomorrow 90 ( given bad light and all)

Australia can not chase 100 in 11 overs. It is Test match not T20.

They will shake hands on a draw in the late afternoon / evening.

Draw but some quick runs and declaration by Lunch and then over to Pakistan.....

Can't really see anything other than a draw. The wicket is too docile to cause a batting collapse for either side.

Australia played too slow to force a result. I have watched the game today and apart from Shaheen Afridi, the bowling from Pakistan was very mediocre. Australia should have been more pro-active especially Cameron Green who was on a blockathon mode.

Teams like Eng & Ind would have taken apart bowlers like Nauman, Sajid Ali, Naseem Shah etc and would have been sitting with 75 runs lead today.

If I am Australia, I'd

declare overnight and make Pak bat with 27 on board.

Take advantage of early morning swing with new ball and try to get Pak to be around 50/3 (meaning total of 77)

Once I am in middle order, I can hope to knock remaining team out within 70-100 runs in the second session

Will be happy to chase anything between 150-175 in the final session and hopefully win the game with seven or six wickets.

Dont put it past our batting to collapse of they bay in a negative manner tomorrow. Tuk tuk attitude will come unstuck at somepoint during series if things remain like this. Should be a draw tomorrow.
