New Zealand will be tougher opponents and I feel without Fakhar the quality of Pakistan's batting line up has taken a hit since he's the best player of spin. I sense Yasir Shah is showing signs of decline as well.

I went for a 2-1 victory for Pakistan. I think the toss will play a huge part but that obviously can't be predicted far in advance, and I think playing in UAE conditions just gives us the edge as well as the fact NZ haven't played a Test for quite some time.

It was the era before One Day Cricket. It has been 48 years since New Zealand last won against Pakistan in Pakistan.
UAE is Pakistan’s home ground. Can they possibly break the jinx and finally win against Pakistan away.
They have been close twice back in mid 1990’s when Simon Doull won that memorable Test in Lahore 1996. And in 2014, when Mccullum’s 200 made it 1-1.
