So who is this Khalil guy? Is it the Karachi guy with short height that played national T20? Was deceptive and can bowl good outswingers.

He was barely hitting 137/8k as his top speed when he played for national team and was averaging 133-135k now he is nearly 150k

He was grunting with effort deliveries at 133-135 in test matches. That's impressive 149 kmph. Must have taken roids or TRT

Natural 145-150k bowler in T20. Not that it is needed, but with a bit of strength training he can easily become 150-155k bowler. Lacks the height factor though.

I think it was the dead Pakistan pitches at the time. He’s actually a very good bowler.

Ali Raza was phenomenal today. Consistently high 140’s well directed bouncers and appeared quite effortless and smooth. I think he’ll make yo the national team soon. It’s fantastic that he’s with international stars like Nahid Rana.

There was another photo of Ali Raza I posted on this forum last year.
It was of Ali Raza side by side with Tom kohler-cadmore who is 6'2. They looked the same height

Raza Ullah has a first class 100 and a 50 to his name already. Certainly one to keep an eye on
