PSL 2018 Match 10: Incredible Darren Sammy leads Peshawar Zalmi to 5-wkt win over Quetta Gladiators

Another boring contest is coming.Should have been two matches today because of week end?
 
Will probably be the best match of the tournament so far. Also expect the crowd to turn up today, finally.
 
Just want it to be thriller, high scoring or low scoring doesn't matter but want it to be a one hell of a match
 
I saw bit of Sameen Gul in the National T20 and apart from phainty in one match he was good.
 
Sabbir Rahman :))) I don't think its the worst thing in the world, Sabbir is a really good lower order batsman in T20s

But surprised Riad was dropped even though he was not allowed to do anything last match. Riad played an important role in QG qualifying for the playoffs last season
 
Hasan Ali still not playing. When is he suppose to come back. Any news about him?

PZ batting line up is depressing. No young talent. In fact other than Sameen Gul, there's no young Pakistani talent involved.
 
Good catch by Sabbir. Shafiq has been rubbish in the PSL, but he is still selected. Why not let Amin open and put Saud Shakeel at 3?
 
I would rather see a unknown youngster with potential than watch the likes of Sammy,Hafeez,Kamran,Misbah,etc collect there pension.

Because they are under much more scrutiny then. If you see all of local T20 teams under Sarfaraz's captaincy you will see the similar faces.
 
Asghar always gets taken to the cleaners by Watson. Got him first ball and was dropped. :(

Shafiq isn't winning QG any games. When Watson scored that 60 odd , Shafiq couldn't even middle the ball LOL and he's still being selected.

Maybe because Quetta Gladiators is owned by Omar Associates and they also own a domestic side of which Sarfaraz, Shafiq and Anwar are a part.



If you want to see real friendship you should see how Misbah dropped a promising youngster in Farhan but let his friend Asif Ali play match after match despite zero performance.

I'm neither pro Misbah or Pro Sarfaraz but pro Pakistan. However two wrongs don't make right. I would personally like Misbah to get "injured" again for the rest of the tournament.
 
I remember when last season Umar Amin didn't play a game (since he was an informant in the spotfixing scandal and Sethi had asked QG to not play him) these same "experts" were saying how Amin is being sacrificed for Sarfaraz's friendship....


All these people can do is spew filth over the internet.

Sameen looks very Bhuvi-esque with his action & physique, line & lenght is good also. some swing with the new ball & another 5-8 kph can make him an excellent prospect.

No no "friend" Watson is batting who is holding back the Tendulkars, Laras and Pointings warming the QG bench and roaming around in domestics.
 
In some recent pictures it looked like Wahab had a hair transplant but now it seems it was just a good comb job.

What about poor Azam Khan. Well, he may be warming two benches but still.
 
Umar's game is very limited against fast bowlers. story of most upcoming Pak batsmen.
 
Asghar has been disappointing after first season

what quality pace. please don't tell me trundler Umaid and Sameen Gul are quality. Even Watson on his last legs did better than Asad and Amin who have been playing for a while.

Yeah Asad and Amin should learn from Umar Akmal how to play pace.
 
Asghar serving so many pies. Should try an alternative career as a baker if this cricket thing doesn't work out.
 
I hope Sammy is ditched after this season. He is past his best. I'm sure there are better overseas players available than Sammy. Seems as though his retention is due to him going to Pakistan and having a good relationship with JA.
