cricinfo Barring Lahore Qalandar............. Consider this - how often in a league tournament do you see the points table reading thus - 10, 9, 8, 7, 6. That's how incredibly well-fought this tournament has been.

Sultans should have batted first
This game will be a KK game

KK have a very fickle batting line up and would crashed under the pressure of chasing a good score. Lets see if they can put up a decent total now.

Why can't they drop Babar and Maqsood and play Taha and Abdullah?

Irfan bowling 148kph yorkers and consistently bowling above 143 kph

Babar simply doesn't give me any confidence in him when he is out there anymore. Hope he can do something big to get himself back in the groove.

Regardless of the situation and team requirement, Babar always bats the same. :sachin

He can have the perfect technique and all but he will never be anywhere close to Kohli as he lacks mentally. Babar is unable to understand the game thus doesn't look to even rotate the strike at times.

Babar is playing a Shezzi style innings infact just like most promising Pakistani batsmen who give us false hope ,after a dream start they bloody nose dive, Baber is such a nice natural timer but wants smash it!!

Ability is there, he simply doesn't have the mental game.

The new trend seems like Pakistani batsman have a two year expiration date before they began to regress.

It's actually old trend.

An U23 batsman comes with natural ability - for 1st few games, he survives on that until experienced bowlers/teams take notice and start to work on their game (counter strategy). It's always same for every batsman, in fact every sport. Now, the youngsters will also work on their game, mentoring, coaching, develop game intelligence .... those who can develop that can float around for years, even decades.

For PAK's case (batsman), for last 25 years, I can name at least 10-12 kids starting with a bang, then fade away - take a pick - S Elahi, SKabir, Md. Wasim, Nazir, Faisal, Taufique, Umar, Ahmed, Fakhar ..... The reason being, after 1/2 years in International circuits, these players are called on their loop holes by top pros - unfortunately they have only 2 places to go for fixing that - Quaid E Azam style or Basit Ali ......

Fakhar seems to have improved a lot since the CT though?

Babar is the least of your problems. You should worry about Hafeez planning to play till 2023 world cup.:babar

Crowd building up, too bad the next match will be a GQ v PZ borefest. Has the potential to be a closely fought match though as both teams are bang average.

Why is Malik bowling part timers?? Tanvir, Junaid and Tahir still have overs left
