Moody generally is a good tactician , and with him in charge I see players going beyond there potential and perform. Seems to be a good motivator.

They have 3 left-arm pacers, so one has to make space for the right armer. Also, UAE is not the place for 4 pacers (4.5 if you take Pollard). Tavir is bowling poor, but he is probably rated higher, can bat a bit, so you never know. If Viljoen comes, then one foreigner has to leave - net net, only space is to leave one of the two and play Irfan/Kashif.
