It's not possible to bring foreigners across PAK, but PCB can easily bring couple of Level 3 batting coach from UK/AUS and base them at NCA in tight security. Apart from Amin, I don't see anyone a natural off side hitter - they'll try to pick everything through leg.

In IPL, there is no quota still Samson, Pant, Kishen, Iyer are batting in top 3. Even in BPL despite 5 foreigners, most of our young players are batting in top 3/4 - here, first they are picking bowlers as emerging, because that's easy to hide in the line & give couple of soft overs in between; hardly any batsman picked - not given batting at all. QG as well is not playing Saud for Hasan and protecting Asad.
