The standard of captaincy continues to disappoint.

By and large strange tactics, woeful decision-making and confused selections.

Really? Should have kept going with Shaheen, he was bowling well.

There was good and bad in his captaincy.

Look, once Peshawar was 5 down, there wasn't any risk to bowl off shaheen. Because it was a low scoring match, hence a security of 2 overs was needed. And had Rauf not bowled bad, he could had done something.

Infact, Fakhar also asked Shaheen that if he wanted to bowl he could continue, so this is good that he delegated this to the bowler himself.

THe only mistake that Fakhar made was the Sandeep one. The idea should had been getting Misbah out and getting the tail to bat. Misbah was never gonna take a risk off pacers like he would had agaisnt Sandeep. It was a do or die, but a risk against a spinner was valid.

Again, not bad, he still was able to lead a team to the last ball.

Not the worst.

He's new to captaincy so deserves some praise.

I think he will captain Pakistan at some point in the future.

I was thinking same, he should have used Sandeep to get the wicket of Misbah/Sammy. He is a wicket taking bowler & shouldn't be replaced due to just 1 bad over

Sarfaraz hasn't had that bad a PSL as captain and could be holding the PSL trophy this year in Karachi.

After seeing others in PSL perhaps Sarfaraz Ahmed is the best option currently.

Only reason PZ didnt cross 150 was because of Sarfraz's captaincy. Everything he touched today turned into gold.

Would have been less than 125 if Shehzad and Umar took catches.

He has been hopping on one leg for two years now, and can’t bat or bowl.

However, it appears that all is good as long as he can make the Zalmi fans happy by blurting out a few words in Pashto.

He needs to be kicked out and replaced with a quality all-rounder.

Was surprised Ben Cutting wasnt selected in this year's PSL though, good hitter who is decent with the bowl as well.

Captaincy can be covered in T20s provided that you have quality players. I am sure they can find someone who can do a decent job without wasting a spot.

Now that he doesn’t bowl, Sammy is not good enough to make the team purely as a batsman. Considering Zalmi’s bowling strength, he needs to be replaced with a specialist batsman.
