PSL makes history with first-ever Player Auction as eight franchise rosters completed

I know he’s been a quality player for the PSL, but I’m surprised by the bidding war for 35 year old Fakhar Zaman.

Just saw the “retentions” from Pindi, very surprised.

Rizwan & Billings is interesting together, however Yasir Khan is a good get & Zaman Khan is fine.

Damn! Somebody's dream still unfulfilled, Sharjeel and Fakhar opening together, if only LQ had some dimes to threw

Are there no professionals in Pakistan when it comes to auctioneers? I know there's barely any chance of any pro's regardless of profession but still...

Could have hired someone from the outside

IPL hired a foreign auctioneer till they got a professional indian auctioneer, pcb could have done the same

Some real terrible players have been bought.

The talent scouting is not great. Teams also probably have agent to agent relations that they uphold during auctions. There's also a lack of bigger vision to spread the PSL to smaller countries like Nepal & Bangladesh.

The Afghanistan political situation doesn't help too.

We can truly become an Asian league if we play it smartly but it's hard seeing this happen as of now.

Who’s making these decisions at PZ?

They don’t even look strong enough to compete in the National T20 cup so far

How many accumaltors in Pindi?

Rizwan
Yasir
Mitchell

Are Abdul Rehman and Rizwan selling that bs chooran of spin tracks again? Their home deck is Rawalpindi lol
Mitchell is not accumulator. He's a proper playing. Playing in lower order for New Zealand
