Interestingly, while due to inherent weakness of PCB a leadership, Pakistan got rolled over in NZ when the Covid19 controversy broke out, BCCI stood firm against the psychological warfare by CA and Australian states.

It’s really up to India what they want to be known as. They are throwing around this narrative that this is the best Indian team ever (their delusional coach seems to think they are on par with the 80s WI and 2000s Aus teams!).

If you want to prove that and you find a way to back out of a Gabba test (whatever the reasons), then that says a lot about your ambition and the confidence (or lack of) of your team.
