Quetta Gladiators will face defending champions Islamabad United in the PSL 2025 Qualifier at Gaddafi Stadium today on Wednesday evening. The winner secures a direct spot in Sunday’s grand finale, while the losing side gets another chance in Qualifier 2 against the Eliminator 1 winner.

Quetta has been the most dominant team of the tournament, finishing atop the table with seven wins in ten matches. Meanwhile, Islamabad United had a turbulent campaign, enduring a four-match losing streak before bouncing back with a resounding 79-run victory over Karachi Kings in their final group match to book their place in the Qualifier.

Sarfraz kind of played like a specialist cpt. as well, but he also had keeper duties

Probably move himself to no. 4 and attack the spinners in the middle overs is his best option

i think it was the correct decision, to be honest.

It would have been between Amir and Khurram, because both are new ball bowlers. Wasim is better in the middle overs

Both Khurram and Amir have similar stats with the ball, but Amir can bat a bit and has a bit more experience. So I guess that's why they opted for him

Wasim Jr has an econ of under 7 this PSL and he usually bowls in the middle overs / death. so he's been very impressive
