Rank the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 teams with the best spinners in their squads

As expected, spinner played a major role in Pak-NZL match at Qazzafi Stadium on Feb 8, and spin is expected to play a major role in Champions Trophy, both in Pakistan and UAE, no wonder most of the teams have announced a multi pronged spin combination in its squad. Here is my ranking of the teams equipped with best spin combination for CT. Lets see what others think regarding the strength or weakness of spin combinations of teams of CT.

1- India : Jadeja, Axar Patel, Sundar, Kuldeep Yaday.

2- Afghanistan : Rashid Khan , Ghazanfar , Noor Ahmed, Nabi.

3-New Zealand : Santner , Glen Phillips, Bracewell, Rachin Ravindra.

4-South Africa : Maharaj, Shamsi.

5-Bangladesh : Rishad , Nasum Ahmed, Mehidy Mirza.

6-Australia : Zampa, Maxwell.

7-England : Adil Rashid, Livingston, Root.

8-Paksiatn : Abrar, Agha , Khushdil.

I think you put Australia way too low. Zampa is a world class ODI spinner.

You're right , Zampa and Adil Rashid are the two best white ball spinner in the world but I ranked with overall spin combination of the teams. Both Zampa and Rashid are the only genuine spinners in their respective squad , hence I ranked their team at lower level. Although Maxwell and Livingston are not bad spinners but unlikely to bowel 10 overs , Maxwell---, probably.

Young Rashid is world class, Nabi is also good but not in the same league , others are talented but yet to have a significant career at international level, unlike the likes of Jadeja, Kuldeep and Axar.

Indian spinners are most impactful due to all-roundeing performance but an an pure bowler's Afghanistan are ahead.

India has a lot of genuine finger spinning all rounders in India. It is a factory now. Watch out for Nishant Sindhu, Tanush Khotian, Manav Suthar. Then batting all rounders like Riyan Paragh. Soon India will have 9 batsmen who can hit sixes in their line up.

But they are not good as current crops of spinners .maybe in few years some of them will be ready if they groom properly
