How would you guys, especially neutrals, rate this series out of 10 keeping all factors in mind? The factors involve:

1- Ground and outfield
2- Production quality
3- Pitch
4- Crowd
5- Competition
6- Quality of opposition
7- Pak players performance
8- Outfield statements by opposition players, management and ICC
9- Security measures
10- Overall organization of the series

I would rate this series 9 out of 10.

The ground was looking beautiful and outfield was fast as it should be in any T20.
Pitch in all three matches was very good and scoring fast was easy on that.
Production quality and crowd was great and loud respectively.
They gave good competition to home team as the series ended with a decider.
I would deduct 0.5 from the quality of opposition as their bowling unit was below average but they had a very good batting lineup.
Pak players performance was good but Sarfraz need to fix his batting position ASAP.
All outfield statements were in favor of Pak so no complains there.
I will deduct 0.5 from security measures as the security was top notch but it was difficult for people to move in Lahore on match days as the main side of Lahore was blocked.
The series was very well organized apart from that traffic problem so hats off to PCB for pulling off this series.

1. Nice fast outfield wwhereas in PSL final numerous ugly patches seen however boundaries far too small - 6/10

2. Production Quality - Better than PSL but doesn't match up to IPL, Aus, Eng and etc coverage 6/10

3. Pitch - Good pitch that allowed higher scoring games and something for the more skillful bowlers. UAE ones used for PSL have been far too slow. 8/10

4. Crowd were awesome turned up in great numbers despite the overpriced tickets - 8/10

5. More competitive than expected given the names on paper - I was expecting Pakistan to win this 3-0 via winning each game by 20 runs +, 1st and 3rd games were more one sided. 2nd game was a thriller. 8/10

6. Quality of Opposition - Links with the above point. World XI did very well to come to Pakistan to win a game and to gel as a unit despite not having really played together before. 8/10

7. Pakistan Peformance:

Batting: 6/10. Could have been more ruthless with the bat and should have made at least 2 x 200+ scores given the pitch, size of boundaries and opposition bowling line up.
Bowling: Without Amir and Hasan Ali in second game, 8/10 bowled well. Slightly disappointing back end bowling at the death in second game.
Fielding: Brilliant in today's game, not so good on Wednesday, and above average in first game. Overall the team has made great progress and making strides. Can match top fielding sides on their day. 7/10 (by international standards)
Overall Performance: 7/10 for winning the series but should have won 3-0 with some more positive batting in particular

8. All good, thanked the reception and hospitality - 9/10

9. Presidential security - clearly fool proof 10/10

10. Would like to have seen games in other cities such as Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi etc as well and at least one match on a weekend to create a bigger international following. But overall very good - 8/10

Averaging all the factors - Gives this series an 8/10 from my verdict

I'd give it a 8 out of 10. Broadcast could have been better and it wasn't a sell out crowd in every match but the quality of cricket was good, there was a decider which was entertaining for the neutrals and most importantly it was safe!
