How would you rate of every board's selectors on the basis of their selection of corresponding CT teams considering best available(most) talents of their corresponding countries.

My rating:

1. BD
2. Eng
3. SA
4. Aus
5. NZ
6. SL
7. Pak

Ind yet to announce their team.

Your rating of selectors (for CT)??

Inzi has got to be the worst selector ever. A squad consisting of Hafeez, Shehzad and Azhar when better players rot in domestics does not make sense to even someone with the IQ level of over 9000!

England's selectors have done a brilliant job post World Cup.

Revolutionary is obviously the best human being though, which is all that matters to some of our posters.

India has the worst selectors in the world. This will be confirmed by picking Dhoni.

So far I will give them A+ as they have not picked a team.

Every team have got a good combination.

Except Pakistan, Garbage selections.

The last one would be Pakistan selectors. Revolutionaries and saints have made a mockery of the team.

Saint gave holy water to Akmal to make sure he gets a pass in fitness test within one month as he won't be getting fat by drinking that holy water which'll also make his digestion system like Goku from Dragon Ball Z.

I can only say that I am 99% satisfied with BD team - they could have picked an extra pacer for Sanjamul (who is a 2/3 level inferior clone of Sakib), but Sanjamul would have been one of 2/3 contenders for players of the domestic season this year, therefore fair enough.

Liked the AUS, NZ & ENG side also - SAF as well, within their quota system, while I don't know many of the recent SRL players, those few I know are picked, therefore their team should be decent as well.

Not happy at all with PAK team - I would have changed at least 4 players - that's pathetic, considering that 8-10 players pick themselves.

Inzamam has been great. Probably #2 or #3 behind the English and South African selectors. The West Indies have the worst selectors for obvious reasons and Australia omitting Usman Khawaja is a tragedy.

West Indies are not even playing CT.

The Revolutionary is unrivaled.

Australia and England second.

South Africa have been recycling too much plastic.

WI and Zim out of CT.

Khawaja had many opportunities at ODI level.

He didn't take them. Travis Head got promoted to open and scored a century.

England I think has done very well post WC 15 disappointment. They seem to be eyeing for CT'17 and WC'19.

Australia at the top

This thread is not about how good the team is,it's about selector's performance of getting the best available players of the current lot. Do you think aus selectors choose the the bests of all current aus players for each position??

brother Bilal7 is obviously trolling  Can't believe people are falling for it :))

Inzi has been extremely disappointing (Another Haroon Rasheed in the making) however, at least with Haroon Rasheed you can say that he has no intuition of how a modern ODI side should look like but with Inzi, someone who played until 2007 it's appalling how out of sync the great man is from the modern game :livid: :livid:
Mamoon I hate to admit it but these last 8 months or so I can finally relate to that pessimism of yours - no offence bro !!

Unbelievable how this committee is working in Pakistan and there is just no one to hold them accountable.

What on earth has Azhar Ali done to warrant a comeback? He has played absolutely ZERO LO games to suggest that he has improved as a batsman. This is pathetic to the core, how can he pop up without any suitable justification.

Umar Akmal is rotated on a series basis with nothing behind his back to warrant a merit based selection. How has his fitness improved in such a short time? If Kamran Akmal is dropped, why is Ahmed Shehzad persisted with.

Unfortunately its a mafia working which is rotating and recycling the same players every series. I am writing this with a very heavy heart. This selection committee has disappointed to no ends. I was watching 'Game on Hai' on PTV and they were all vocal against the injustices. Rashid Latif summed it up by saying 'Afsos yeh hai k Woh log ziyadtiyan kr rhe hain jin k sath khud ziyadtiyan hui hain'

I dont know who will, but someone needs to step up and change this whole setup. Inzamam looked like a decent man who will be hard to bend coz of his reputation but well we all know where he is heading to.

England, post world cup ,Aus has always been very good rarely do their selectors screw up.

Last CT India was well selected but not so great this time.

Well apart from Finch yeah they did.

Not sure about any other team, but Pakistan will be on the bottom among all teams.
