The Black Caps secured their triumph with a 113-run win in the second Test, giving them an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. This victory marks the end of India's remarkable run of 18 consecutive home series wins, a record that had stood since Alastair Cook's England pulled off a famous 2-1 win back in December 2012.
