A reliable birdie has reported that he is a witness to a verbal argument that erupted at the end of the first day between Pakistan captain QalandarFan and star bowler Mir jibran.
Apparently Jibran was upset at not being allowed to open the bowling being a senior member. The Indians had to come out to bat and face an annoying 3 overs at the end of the first day after Pakistan posted 340 runs in their first innings.
Though the rookie Ellipsism did justify his captain's decision of giving the ball to him instead of Jibran, as he removed the Indian opening batsman dauntless for a first ball duck, Jibran was reportedly upset at being ignored as he was the senior bowler. Tempers were seen flaring high between him and his captain as the teams were walking off the field and the situation became worse when the teams entered the hotel.
Captain QalandarFan was seen accusing Mir jibran of not being a team man and threw a few more insults at him. Jibran is suspected to have hence faked an injury overnight and did not take any further part in the test match. He is therefore all set to lose his place to imshally81 in the upcoming high voltage second test.
Captain@QalandarFan has denied these reports terming them baseless but Mir jibran chose not to comment on the issue.
Former Pak legends have slammed the team management openly on social media for failing to maintain general discipline among the team members before the all important Dubai test where Pakistan would be fighting to stay alive in the series. Most of them have termed it a massive advantage to team India who are looking favourites to seal the series in Dubai.
