Russia admits COVID death toll is 3 times higher than reported - how many other nations are lying?

Russia has admitted its coronavirus death toll is more than three times higher than previously reported.

New figures show that more than 186,000 Russians have died from the virus, up from the 55,265 the country officially reported.

This means that Russia has the third-highest number of fatalities, moving ahead of India and sitting behind only the US and Brazil.

I think iran, North Korea are lying. Pakistan is just not reporting accurately I think.

Pakistan has been much better than a lot of places. People looking in from the outside were expecting us to fail and collapse and now that it has not happened they are in denail. Obviously, there may be some amount of under-reporting but it is in no way significant.

I'm sure there are as many countries lying as just under testing. You could point out the official number in almost every country and you'll find that the actual number is likely to be a lot higher.

That being said, 3x higher is ridiculous. I'm sure there are a handful of countries outright covering up and lying like Russia, compared to most countries that are just optimistically ignorant of the true number of cases.

North Korea have officially 0 cases of Covid. I mean, come on...
