not're actually good.
one thing i would like to mention is..your stance is very open. you can close it a little bit, it will help you play square of the wicket as well. practice playing strait as much you can and let the ball come to you.
Thanks for your advice, but I feel comfortable playing with this stance, I don't know why people talk about the stance too much when they see me, haven't you seen Chanderpaul or Dhoni stance, it's natural. I do play good at square, that is my favorite area to score runs. What matters is the runs and I score runs on all parts of the ground with this stance. Easily go back or front foot and I can sometimes play pull shot of the front foot with this stance which is unique technique.

Your balance seems to be a bit off as well with the way you take a few steps after hitting the ball.

Overall looks good.
Just remember to have the patince to block the ball when a better bowler bowls a better line to you
The batting video is shot in PAK, and u are batting on cement so the fact that u are bottom handed does not come into it.

But playing in the UK on turf wickets with too much bottom hand u will end up playing in the air more than u want to. Try to use your top hand more, which will require a change in stance, which it seems u are unwilling to do.
thanks for reply, yes i think it is one area i need to practice of using top hand more but I won't change my batting stance, I have scored alot of runs with this stance and play shots in the air and on the ground, I take calculated risk. Currently batting at no.3 position for my club in England, i am very passionate for cricket.

Yes this video is shot in Pak, I visited Pakistan for my holidays in my off season of cricket club which is in England, you can watch my other video that was taken in England, where I batted on astroturf pitch which is bouncy surface against first team bowler who was bowling around 85mph.
I have played more back foot shots there. If you guys want to follow my cricket and encourage me I will be posting more videos.

Moved to 'My Cricket' - a section exclusively for threads such as these :)
your doing way too much before the ball is delivered keep calm
your stance is too open its prone to get huge outside edges
your stance also limits your leg side game
overall though not bad for your age
