I think this is dangerous for India. SA has a lot of diplmatic value in the world and the ME, and with SA on the side, the question is not just about war, it becomes more of a diplomatic and trade value.

SA was not always on Pakistan's side. Tht is a clear falsehood. When it came to diplomatic and strategic relations, SA and Ind have had a lot of cooperation. So, this is a big change. Militarily, Pakistan has the support of China, is a nuclear armed country, so its laughable you think they need assistance from SA. Anybody who keeps downplaying the value of it with just the combat aspect in mind is not fooling anyone with their lack of intelligence.

This is all about a diplomatic and strategic shift.

This is a consequence of the israeli attack on Qatar and us indifference towards it. Ksa has no means of defending pakistan from an indian attack but Pakistan will be dragged into a ssudi -iran or saudi-israel conflict
Ksa doesnt have means to fight a nuclear India, its only leverage was oil supply but Russia has replaced saudi as Indias oil supplier.

Why would Saudi even be in a position they would fight India? That you are even talking in such terms shows exactly why they won't trust India, especially not in the current hindutva form. Your mindset is of hatred towards Muslims as ordained in the Quran, and that will always colour your lens.

Do you really think if a war happens again between India and Pakistan, Saudis will join the war to help out Pakistan? Seriously?

All this deal is doing is to prop up Saudi Arabia with Pakistan's Nuclear weapons. They do not have to spend any money in the Nuclear Tech and get it for free from Pakistan.

Also, its not all roses for Pakistan. Saudis hate Houthis which are supported by Iran. This means If Houthis launch any rockets on Riyadh, will Pakistan join forces with Saudis in destroying Houthis which can anger Iran?

The equation is not as simple as supporting each other through thick and thin.
