All fine and dandy but SA was on Pak side forever... So doing this treaty doesn't get Pakistan anything new... Militarily they can't provide anything.. money diplomacy was always available... Instead Israel USA and Iran has now Pak int target and Pak is committed to fight a losing war against Israel far away from home with no good air defense and no capability to match israel

SA was not always on Pakistan's side. Tht is a clear falsehood. When it came to diplomatic and strategic relations, SA and Ind have had a lot of cooperation. So, this is a big change. Militarily, Pakistan has the support of China, is a nuclear armed country, so its laughable you think they need assistance from SA. Anybody who keeps downplaying the value of it with just the combat aspect in mind is not fooling anyone with their lack of intelligence.

This is all about a diplomatic and strategic shift.

If there is a nuclear doomsday scenario with Israel and India- I am sure Pakistan will be on the same page with Saudis when it comes to nuking Israel but can’t say the same for the opposite when it comes to India, Saudi will try to diffuse the situation: that’s what any one with a rational brain will tell you.

Also Pak army will be deployed in Yemen/ Houthi conflict. That’s the bigger picture.

Problem with most Pakistanis is they get all their info from social media instead of trying to research on their own and everything is India centric.

That’s all there is to it. You can hate me or not like it but that’s the absolute truth, love it or hate it.

Anyone challenging Israel will face the full force of USA.. so I don't think Paksitan nukes can actually be used against Israel because they are a nuclear country themselves.. so unless Paksitan wants to sacrifice themselves for Saudis.. then they would literally do nothing as they can't fight miles away from home. Instead the Israelos might now take preemptive offensive actions.. I can guarantee that Pak nuclear assets are not safe... Once Israel does the attack.. let's see Pak options

1. Like Iran can fire some non nuclear missiles on Israel and celebrate a massive victory where their assets are destroyed. Most likely option.

2. Can respond using nuclear bombs as Israel is tiny and will affect Arab neighbors. And any nuclear resposne means Pakistan will cease to exist as a country.

3. Now India for sure is going to pass on the intelligence to Mossad. Rest IDF will take care.

SA and India has good relationship.. this is not anti India from Saudi point of view.. this is anti Israel. Yes China is on your side but you need money to buy weapons which Pak doesn't have. Saudi money will solve that issue.

India and SA realtionshop doesn't change but we are not allowed.. SA and Pak also has similar good relations... Its not like India Israel relationship.

Why would Saudi even be in a position they would fight India? That you are even talking in such terms shows exactly why they won't trust India, especially not in the current hindutva form. Your mindset is of hatred towards Muslims as ordained in the Quran, and that will always colour your lens.

Going by Sindoor technology . Pak missiles can't hit Indian targets and Indian missiles can hit any target in Pakistan . Couple that with India's nuclear triad and geographical and population depth.... In the event of doomsday.. Pak will disappear and India will be massively destroyed but will survive albeit not sure if we can call it survival.

All this deal is doing is to prop up Saudi Arabia with Pakistan's Nuclear weapons. They do not have to spend any money in the Nuclear Tech and get it for free from Pakistan.

Also, its not all roses for Pakistan. Saudis hate Houthis which are supported by Iran. This means If Houthis launch any rockets on Riyadh, will Pakistan join forces with Saudis in destroying Houthis which can anger Iran?

The equation is not as simple as supporting each other through thick and thin.

This alliance has nothing to do with India, just like India- Russia-relation has nothing to do with Pakistan.

Ind-Saudi have their own deals, trade and alliance.

Maybe you should start looking at what it means for Pakistan from a larger context than just takes like oh modi must be upset, India got owned type, shallow rhetoric.

Anyway I don’t think dual passport holder Brit-Paks will be fighting in Yemen. They are probably busy dealing with Tommy Robinson and all the hatred. It will be some guy from the pind who has to fight for Arab while no Arab will lace his boots to fight India (official ones not someone part of some terrorist Tanzeem even though most seem to operate from Pak and not Arabia) . Has 0 impact on India- Saudi relationship. Maybe good for Pakistan to have a strategic partner to deal with India; that’s the max benefit.

Since, that piece of info makes too much sense and is boring, let’s go back to the fun trolling which might be more close to home . Ok 👍

Yes they will join Pakistan.

That's why Indian MEA is rattled. The treaty is very clear. It is a mutual defence act. Pakistan already had terms in place to protect the Saudis. The mutual part is the game changer here.

Houthi and Sunni Arabs are at truce. No issues for Pakistan with them. A similar force was envisaged during the time of Raheel Sharif. Pakistan declined because they didn't want to get involved with the Yemen conflict. At that time the Saudis weren't happy.

I don't for one second think that the USA didn't approve of this alliance.

I also suspect that this is really bad news for Iran.

It is in Saudi's interest to make Pakistan militarily very stronger than they ever have been. More jets, more missiles, ADS... you name it with deep Saudi pockets. Imagine the squadrons of chines stealth fighters all outside the western system.

Nightmare scenario for India.

Plus point is that India will not start any misadventures again. We may just see peace return between the two countries.

This is the key factor. Why does SA even need to sign a pact with Pakistan? Why haven't they signed one with India instead?

Some of the indian posters here already have answered that question.

1- SA does not trust USA/Israel anymore and feels threatened.
2- They feel only a true member of the muslim Ummah will protect them and not a non-muslim nation known for watching out for just themselves.
3- As recently witnessed, they dont have much war and defense capabilities to talk about in the first place.

In my entire life I have watched Arnab for literally an hour in total mostly to laugh at him.. he is a grade a idiot and on that I agree with you. My information is based on wide spread damage images shared online on India inflicted damage in Paksitan on both terrorist bases and airbases and 0 zero zilch nada from the Chinese satellites searching for non existent damage on Indian side.
 
The happiness among Pakistani posters is heartening to see. They deserve to see happy moments. I wish them nothing but the best. Let’s think positively. None of us have to go to war. Saudi Arabia is a mutual friend of ours who loves Pakistan in the name of Islam but also deeply respects and values India as a cultural friend. Maybe this is a sort of an insurance between our nations.

People need to come out of their securities. Those who desire India to be the greatest nation in the world cannot keep wishing Pakistan remains a failed state. That’s not a responsible globalist view of a sane person.

If you’re a truly healthy person at heart and in mind; you must wish greatness for your neighbour Pakistan as well. They must also achieve the finest things and earn a great deal of respect in the world. The world has enough wealth, love and respect for all of us. If Pakistanis become happy and powerful it doesn’t necessarily mean something will be taken from India. Let’s be brave and good hearted men and grow together.

I would like to credit my good friend @gazza619 who helped me see the light and tone down on my bad behaviour. I introspected deeply and repented the small person I was becoming. But with his help and motivation, I have made positive changes in my life and can see visible changes in my health and lifestyle.

I do not know your background or where you grew up but I would like you, @uppercut @straighttalk @Rajdeep @Vikram1989 @JaDed @Champ_Pal or anybody else who has grown up in India to answer a simple question for everybody else who has never lived in India.

Is it common in Indian schools, colleges, and universities for Muslims to be mocked or equated with Pakistan?

I want one of you to be honest and respond honestly to @Stewie @ElRaja @Patriot @The Bald Eagle @Major @Mamoon @DeadlyVenom or those who have never lived in India about what happens to Muslim students in Indian schools, colleges and universities.

Please give an honest and direct answer that Muslims in India for no reason do not get equated and compared with Pakistan on a daily basis.

And the answer is not to start saying this (or that) happens to Hindus in Pakistan.

And the answer is also not "I had a lot of Muslim friends in university etc"...
