Arabization of Pakistan is very much an exaggerated phenomenon. The same people complaining about someone saying JazakAllah will be the first to clap when someone speaks English.
There is some adulation from elements of the uneducated lower socio-economic class people, Wahabis tend to be more pro Arab too but generally, I haven't seem the levels of Arabization that PPers moan about.
In fact the vast majority of Pakistanis who have ever spent time in the ME come back home and complain about how "Zalim" the Arabs were or give them the classic P word Punjabi swear.
