If it's true the ICC is getting involved in this then the PCB have themselves to blame. They could've done a presser with Sarfaraz sitting next to them and made him apologise in-front of the world, then point out he wouldn't be playing any further part this tour.
Now it'll be interesting to see if they do something tomorrow before the game. They could easily drop him and give the captaincy to Hafeez/Malik, or whoever they want to give it to and replace him with Rizwan behind the stumps.
This is the time to do it, and the longer they obfuscate their duties the more fans like myself feel this is a sham, and the statement released yesterday was nothing more than a token gesture with no real substance or conclusion.
I get people think it wasn't a racist or derogatory what Sarfaraz said. But he's the captain, and person that should know who he represents. Lack of education isn't as excuse it's a symptom of people like Sarfaraz.
