ICC should consider organizing test series in both countries.

For example:

If it is England vs India:

Play 2 games in England and 2 games in India.

This way both team can play to their strength and stadium will be actually full for the 4th game in Chennai :kohli

Same UEFA Champions league. Let's bring two-legged format in Cricket!

Opinions please.

Test cricket should be banned. Cricket will be better
with 2 formats ODI'S and T20.

It would be a fair way but isn't really possible. First of all, financially it's not ideal. Secondly, would involve lots of flying etc which is complicated and the biggest problem is that it may not be summer in both countries. For example, if England played 3 tests in Australia in December, it wouldn't be logical to play tests in England at this time of year so it's never going to happen.

What would be more possible is not declaring a series winner until a series has eventually been played in both countries.

For example, Ashes would be aggregate based on result in 1 ashes in England and 1 in Australia.
