Should the PCB create Under-16 and Under-19 provincial teams as well?

I am deeply concerned with the quality of our U16 & U19 players coming through the ranks.

The likes of Aamir Sohail, Salman Butt complaining about what will happen to the excess players in the system can be silenced.

I think this will go a long way towards improving our U16, U19 standards and the provincial sides can easily pick up the best promising youngsters and will also make Ijaz Ahmed's life easier as well

This will create opportunities for more coaches, trainers, physios as well

Yes, but has to be managed properly with the right coaches and directors.

Tom Banton played for Warwickshire U13s, U14s, U15s, U17s, then Warwickshire 2nd XI. Finally he's making it big with Somerset. Shows how a proper setup can work

Totally agreed
Valid suggestion

This will ensure the talented pool is not lost in the journey from under 16 to Main team.

As the provincial teams have already sort of A teams
I suggest they should also have under 23.

Not a bad idea actually. I think this can be implemented easily and it can help youngsters improve their games.

Hoping someone in Pakpassion can forward this to Wasim Khan
