Hafeez batted in the first innings, imran rafiq and imran khalid were subs.

Second innings, imran rafiq and khalid both get to bat and hafeez didn't bat.

Imad wasim wasn't in the team too in the second innings.

I think they had to leave during the match to travel to UAE with pak team thats why teams were allowed substitute players

Yes it's totally fine. Happens in County cricket too when players get called up for national duty half way through a FC game.

but SNGPL substituted 2 players
