I am not sure about it. Reports and tweets suggest so. They will have to mention some injury and prove it aswell otherwise I don’t think rules permit you dropping a player based on fitness Tests.

My Gut feeling says that Since UA is a witness in Sharjeel & Khalid Case and both the players Lawyers are saying that He reported 48 hours late, trying to get legal mileage so I doubt PCB would select UA at present.

He reported to Sarfraz right after the approach. And they later on whatsapped the ACU guy who met him and inquired about approach after 48 hours.
