I think third one from the right (On the right of Aamir) is probably Moin Khan.

That's right Saj, and Moin Khan is the player you missed...

No, the photo was taken by a mate...

I'm in the background, behind Rashid Khan in the photo :mns

Also is the guy in the middle, looking right Naved Anjum?
Or as Johnners put it, National Anthem!

That was the tour where right at the very, very end it became obvious that Moin Khan couldn’t be the keeper he needed to be, and that Rashid Latif was actually better with both bat and gloves.

I havent seen much of Naved Anjum but looking at the available pics of him that definitely looks like him.

I recall meeting the squad at a charity match between India and Pakistan in the North East of England (Acklam Park). Got VIP access through one of the UBL boys (Masood Anwar) and met all the players.

I had quite a few pictures of the squad from that day, must dig them out one day.

It wasnt obvious to many in power Moin played more games than rashid and even captained the team over the next decade

That 1992 Test series in England was superb viewing.

2 sides who hated each other and really went for it with Pakistan winning the series 2-1.

Javed Miandad was at his best as skipper winding up the opposition and Wasim and Waqar were absolutely brilliant.

That was some Pakistan squad back then.

Those were the days!

That series was electric. The English press went to town against Pakistan, especially the Daily Mirror who published some real venemous stuff.

With regards to the picture who is the guy carrying the child? Doesn't look like a member of the squad.

Waqar Younis in my interview in Wisden "The ball-tampering allegations were heart-breaking. Our bowling attack was far superior to that of the opposition and Sir Geoffrey Boycott appreciated that when he said we could have bowled England out with an orange. It wasn’t a great feeling of course to be labelled cheats, but at that moment, we were just focussed on our performances and making sure we won matches for our country and silencing the critics. Every time we went to England, we gave them a hard time, we won most of the time and that was something that some couldn’t take. But we were just enjoying the moment, looking at our wickets column and the results, without bothering too much about what some were saying."

Although I cannot find it on the internet I recall Charles Coville hosting his cricket show during the summer of 1992 on Sky Sports and he had three guests on his show, Asif Iqbal , JK Lever and a chap from the Daily Mirror, was a pretty explosive show and summed up the ill feeling.

I was a student of standard eight during that tour of 1992. i used to listen to the cricket commentary on English radio channel. The signal wasn't strong in radio and I had to do many tricks to get audible voice . There was no provision of dish TV in our house and I had to depend on the commentary of some splendid commentators. I can remember one name Henry Bloefeld . He had an exceptional voice. Is Henry alive Saj?

Yes he's still around but he's retired from cricket commentary.

I remember him commentating during some of the matches in Sharjah and always commenting on the earrings that were being worn in the crowd.

Nice to know that he is still around. Yes he commented in Sharjah cup. I also remember. His voice was husky (I liked it very much) and when with his British accent he used to say "here comes Waqar Younis" it caused a goosebump . Good old memories.

Well according to a friend who was very close to the Pakistan squad at that time:

The tall guy to Moin Khan's left is former first-class player Shahid Javed.
