Except for one off LBW, Mathews has actually played very well today one of the best test batsmen from SC for sure.

He has been the lone fighter for SL in this series. He is on a completely different level to other SL batsmen in Tests.



Though tbh even before the LBW, he had many narrow escapes in the morning session. You do need a bit of luck when you play 200-300 balls.
