And we replace him with who ? Kapugedara ? No any other good batsmen left in the domestics .

If you can't find a better batsman than him in Sri Lanka, then the future clearly does not look bright.

Us losing this series is the best thing that can happen, sick of Marvan and his stupid 9-2 team combination. Hopefully marvan will be booted out with his ingenious ploys.

Didn't Marvan marry the sister of SLC president ? :)))

haha. Deano "He was born in Wales. You're starting to pick cricketers from England now?"

Upul Tharanga will never learn, complete tried and tested failure. Sri Lanka showed be moving on from him.

Today's dismissal alone is worthy of resulting a 6 month exile as far as I am concerned.

Perhaps I'm being a bit harsh but his career trajectory reminds me of Shehzad. Or the other way around, if you will.

Yeah his action seems fine.

He bends but then straightens his arm just before release.

Yeah on second thought, his action seems clean enough. Too much paranoia around actions these days.

You can't tell if an action is clean from a still image.

This is just before release. If his arm is straight before release, isn't that fine?

i notice that he does bend the elbow but tends to straighten it out at the end of the action.

Sania Mirza

"It's great to be in SL after many years"

"Was great to play that Wimbledon final"

and :out

Still images are no use. You could be bowling with a bent arm and your action would be legal, as long as you're not STRAIGHTENING it more than 15 degrees. The straightening of the arm is the problem, and that is what makes it chucking.

Thanks. That's what Big Mac was explaining earlier as well.

Deservingly gone. Mathews should have known what Yasir will be trying, unnecessary.

Nah, it's the straightening that's the problem. Bent arm is fine, you can't straighten it by more than 15 degrees.

You could bowl with your elbow bent at a right angle if you wanted to as long as you kept the elbow bent at the same angle through the action.

Finally Imad made the ODI Cap - that wonderful U19 side of 2007-09 now has 7 Internationals - Ahmad, Umar, UAkmal, Shaan, Aamir, Imad, JK. Shahzaib (leggi) might still make it. Only missing are Ali Asad, Md. Rameez, Adil Raza & am Offie I forgot his name.

Today is Yasir Shah's day. , . I think he is bowling a bit slower then before and getting the ball to turn quite a bit so he is well on his way for first 5-ver in Odi's . . ,

Yasir Shah bowling exactly as he has in his odi career so far. wickets were always going to come. Credit Imad Wasim as well for building the pressure.

Great timing by Malik :P

That's the big one. Pakistan in control.

Sania Mirza

"Here for a few days, then will start warming up"

"We do meet on the road and at home, Shoaib and I"

Any info about Mohammad Rameez? He was such a fine prospect. Very disciplined fast bowler.

how closely you have followed PAK cricket or its just because of PP ?

Immad's action is definitely iffy, may just be borderline clean.
