Some people were thrown out of the ground, and a lot of stuff was consequently thrown from the stands until one rock hit a Pakistant fielder. Since then the teams have reached the safety of the dressing rooms, riot police has arrived, armed guards have arrived and police has always been there. The stands have been evacuated

You could have given the example of the streakers which would have been more apt. And yes they are thrown out and banned from the stadium. As far as racist abuse on the ground is concerned, it is inexcusable but physical violence is an absolute no-no.
