In few months the 2010s decade will be over.
Guess its probably the right time now to discuss the leading performers of the decade.
Bhaijaan's report card :-
Test team of the decade: RSA purely for the overall record but no team stood out. Was a decade of weak test cricket with teams taking full advantage of home conditions.
ODI team of the decade: India easily
T20 team of the decade: West Indies easily. They were hot and cold but won two world cups which is what the format is about
Test batsman of the decade: Smith easily
ODI batsman of the decade: Don't even have to name him
T20 batsman of the decade: The same dude above
Test bowler of the decade: Steyn
ODI bowler of the decade: Starc
T20 bowler of the decade: Probably irrelevant category
The next two verdicts would lead majority of the discussion in this thread probably and might disappoint a few:-
Cricket nation of the decade: India
Player of the decade: That guy whom i picked for ODIs and T20s above
