Not seen it. Can you put a summary here and also help @mazkhan. He became an economic expert yesterday🤣🤣

For those guys who will ignore that thread

I think you need to read some books that are not commonly promoted in Pakistan and avoid relying solely on Pakistan Studies textbooks, which are often designed to present a selective, glorified narrative. Historical records clearly mention that neither QEA nor Allama Iqbal ever performed Hajj or Umrah; they frequently consumed alcohol; they had illicit relationships with non-Muslim women despite having Muslim wives; and their lifestyles were heavily influenced by British culture. With all these attributes, how can one claim that they envisioned creating an ideal Islamic state like the Pakistan portrayed today?

Quoting one hadith while ignoring the Qur’anic emphasis on following the Prophet’s lifestyle in character, modesty, and conduct oversimplifies Islam and misuses religious texts for emotional appeal.

You sound like Gen Z and not fully aware of Pakistan’s political history. What is happening now has happened before to many top leaders of Pakistan, and they all eventually learned the same lesson, unfortunately, the only way to survive politically is to operate under the military’s umbrella. Just look at what the establishment did to MQM’s Altaf Hussain and his family in the 90s, or to Zardari, who spent more than 10 years in jail.

Imran Khan is simply repeating the precedent set by these leaders. Sooner or later, he will also realize that he is only wasting his time by staying in jail. Although I personally want him to remain there and come out with genuine public power, the reality is that no one cares in Pakistan. True revolutions belong to nations, not to a junta or a hajoom. I hope you understand my point.

The thing that I really dislike is that when we as mere mortals try to pass certificates on who is Muslim, who is Zionist, who is traitor, who is thief, etc. For me its simple, QEA and Iqbal had a vision. You may very well argue that the vision is not purely Islamic as they both weren't devout Muslims but the vision was for a Muslim country out from the grasp of Hindu majority. However to label them as "not Muslims" that is not your purview, neither it is someone else's the authority of that lies with All Mighty only.

Regarding IK, if the events of the last 3-4 years hasn't opened your eyes or changed your way of thinking then my words aren't going to help either so I rather not waste them. You can keep on harping that Nawaz and IK are alike in their struggle, you can keep on saying military occupation is our kingdom where we bow to military first and Allah later, you can continue to say that standing with principles or having a backbone is a waste of time as military has divine blessing upon us and we should tow that line in darkness and never search for light. For you its your words, for me its my way of thinking. You may not be alone in your line of thinking but I know that I'm definitely not alone in my line of thinking.

Lastly, Quran says that do not lose hope, nor be sad. With that being said you can remain pessimistic with the ground realities but large population of Pakistan do believe in hope and light at end of the tunnel.

Looking forward to the haripur by election let's see you cry then.

Your cab driver cm is already giving violent threats over the by election
You mean you have your form 47s ready. Your beghairat FM has less balls than Billo and needed lifetime immunity. The question is from what? Why did the coward need immunity when he owns the guns and the courts. Dont tell, he is scared of a guy he is holding hostage.🤣🤣

BTW
Do you agree with immunity the Epstein Zionists and pals gave him? 🤣🤣🤣🥰

Can you explain why the report has been hidden since August. I look forward to your detailed explanation on SIFC and how it bought in a $100bn.🤣🤣🤣

Four IHC judges prepare to challenge 27th Constitutional Amendment

Four judges of the Islamabad High Court have prepared a draft petition to challenge the 27th Constitutional Amendment, it is learnt on Thursday.

According to the sources, a draft petition has been prepared and forwarded to the apex court for filing, with the formal submission expected later.

Justices Mohsin Akhtar Kiani and Babar Sattar are among the applicants, while Justices Saman Rafat Imtiaz and Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan are also part of the group contesting the legislation.

However, sources within the Supreme Court said, no petition from the Islamabad High Court judges had been received so far. Officials of the newly established Federal Constitutional Court similarly stated that they also had not yet received any application challenging the amendment.

The 27th Constitutional Amendment, which became law after receiving the president’s assent, has triggered widespread criticism from opposition parties, lawyers, judges and legal commentators, who have described it as an assault on the constitutional and fiduciary principles.

In protest over the amendment’s approval, the senior-most judges of the Supreme Court — Justices Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Athar Minallah — resigned, calling the move 'a grave assault on the Constitution of Pakistan'.

The fallout has continued to deepen, fuelling speculation that more resignations may follow. Under the new constitutional framework, the Supreme Court now stands subordinate to the Federal Constitutional Court.

The amendment introduces sweeping institutional changes. Under revised Articles 199 and 200, the president is empowered to transfer high court judges between provinces on the recommendation of the Judicial Commission, with any judge declining transfer, deemed retired.

Article 248 has been amended to grant the president lifetime legal immunity, which is waived only if the individual assumes public office again.

Changes to Article 243 abolish the office of the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee from November 27, 2025, concentrating strategic military authority under the Chief of the Defence Forces.

Certain officers will receive constitutional protection — removable only through the procedure outlined in Article 47 — along with presidential-level immunity.

A new chapter, creating the Federal Constitutional Court, grants the body original jurisdiction over constitutional disputes involving the government and all matters relating to fundamental rights. Petitions or appeals pending before the Supreme Court will be transferred to the new court. The amendment also abolishes the Supreme Court’s suo motu powers and removes Articles 184, 186 and 191A from the Constitution.

Too little, too late. When Bandial got cowed by Bajwa, and couldn't enforce his decisions, the game was up. When he overruled the speaker, he gave the Generals all they needed to hold PK hostage
