The Caribbean SUPERSTARS international comeback watch

The Caribbean board has just started to take things seriously and they are willing to give their SUPERSTARS like Gayle, Bravo Brothers, Pollard, Narine, Samuels, Simmons, Sammy and Russel (after ban) another chance to shine at the international horizon.
This is a little too late but as we all know, a strong and on song Caribbean team is the best thing for cricket lovers. Their SUPERSTARS may make a comeback to limited overs cricket as soon as the series against England in few weeks. I am already excited about this news.
What do you guys think? Is it a right move specially keeping in mind their preparations for 2019 world cup? We have already seen that their domestic players are not that good and they are becoming minnows slowly but surely.
Their team had many unknown and crap players in the ODI series against India but maybe, we are going to see a team like this very soon:

West Indies weren't exactly worldbeaters in Tests or ODIs even with the rebels in the side.

However after drawing at home to Afghanistan and years of mediocrity and dire results, the penny has finally dropped for WICB.

They will have financial considerations as failing to quality for future WCs or CTs will mean losing out on revenue which WICB can ill afford to do.

They'd also face a total pasting later this summer in England without having all their top players available. I really hope Darren Bravo returns for the Tests.

Dont know about the others but Gayle is finished. He is going on probs for the money but his game is finished.

We have seen their alternatives and we have seen enough that we can easily say that their alternatives are worse than them.
I would say this is good for WI if they keep their main players till WC2019 and recognize good players in domestic in this period and bring them in the team after WC2019 when they are fully developed. Otherwise, they are already heading towards minnow status which is really painful for a true cricket lover.

Most of these "stars" are past their sell by date. It's a shame that Andre Russel is banned becuase he is a cricketer that could be a huge star as big as the likes of Ben stokes if he commits full time to West Indies.

If he's failed the dope test he should definitely be banned. No question about that.

It's a strange set-up isn't it, looks like some of the West Indies players really aren't interested in playing for the Windies.
