Tymal Mills was on Sky's The Verdict and gave useful insights on what it was like playing alongside Wahab in PSL.

He also was asked whether he had any security worries going to Pakistan.

Reply was simply "No" and said he had total confidence in the security and would go back to Pakistan next year. Nice one Tymal, get the word out !

But i believe the current version of WR will have more good days than bad ones, and that makes him worth it... We dont have one other wicket taking fast bowler in the team right now. Hes worth the gamble

Its a very good contribution to our victory, so I will just keep the stats on the side. Stats without context are irrelevant. His death bowling was very good and he turned the game around with 2 wickets on top of his crucial wicket of Bairstow. Impressive and needs to keep up the good work

On top of that took 2 very good catches, and saved a certain boundary. A livewire in the field too which is always a plus point.

Thanks bro! Proud of Wahab and our boys today. They've done a lot of good today to restore pride. Will be in the ground in Bristol on Friday to cheer them on inshallah.

Yea I saw that as well man. Was great to see Mills talking so highly about Wahab, PSL and cricket in Pakistan in general alhumdullilah.

Mills comments about the noise in the grounds, stadiums being full before the players went out to warm up, the atmosphere being on par with the IPL and the feeling of standing in the national stadium whilst 40,000 sang the national anthem were also great to hear alhumdullilah.

I did not see this coming. He gets selected from nowhere, has looked rubbish for years, goes for 80 but is somehow pivotal in actually winning the match. The man is Pakistan cricket in human form.

Comments like these truly boil my blood. The intelligence quotient of our fans is low and the memories they possess are of a gold fish. You guy deserve garbage bowlers like Wahab Riaz who has been and will be smashed to oblivion and will help the opposing team score 500.

Wahab has not performed badly. He's been light years ahead of Hasan Ali. He almost singlehandedly won Pakistan the game against Aus when all the batters failed. I don't think taking the frustration of losses out on Wahab is the answer.
