Man, I used to run a website for fun which turned unexpectedly successful in 2012. I was getting around 50-55 bucks per dollar from ad revenues. Wish I didn't get bored and tired of it. What a great time to be a content creator and earn in dollars in India today.

The difference between Indian Air force and Pakistan Air force has always been and shall always be Pilots. The reason I say that it will remain so is because Indian Air force Pilots (the top ones) have greater opportunities to join the civil sector on better terms and conditions so Indian Air force will keep on losing their better trained pilots.

The better they are, the more opportunists they will have and many of them will take it.


Thanks to fatter pay packets, added perks and higher retirement age offered by commercial carriers, an increasing number of airforce pilots are joining the party of private airlines. And why not, it's hard to resist an offer where the compensation is 7-8 times higher. After all, money matters!

No communication on AMCA exclusion from Defence ministry / Our strategic programmes will enter the production phase after 2032, says HAL.

New Delhi: Aviation major Hindustan Aeronautics Limited on Wednesday said it didn’t receive any communication from the Defence Ministry on dropping out of the indigenous fifth generation fighter aircraft programme while maintaining that it has
been pursuing multiple strategic projects that will enter production after 2032.


This comes a day after reports of the Defence Ministry shortlisting three private company-led consortia – headed by Tata Advanced Systems Ltd, Larsen and Toubro and Bharat Forge - for the ambitious advanced medium combat aircraft programme.

If the plan receives the Centre’s final approval, it will be for the first time that private firms will make a complex technological product like fighter aircraft for the Indian Air Force.

Manufacturing of various types of aircraft for the IAF, under licensed production schemes, was a monopoly for the HAL for decades.

But this time the HAL, sources said, was not considered because of its very high volume order book, suggesting its capacity is over-stretched. The company has come under sharp criticism in recent months for its failure to deliver the Tejas LCA-Mk1A
to the IAF

According to reports, HAL’s order book is eight times more than its FY25 turnover, which went against the company as per the AMCA prototype making conditions put forward by the Defence Ministry. Nearly two years ago, the Cabinet Committee on Security approved Rs 15,000 crore for the design and development of five AMCA prototypes. Once the ministry finalises the winning the bidder, the companies will have to work with Aeronautical Development Agency to make the prototypes by the middle of the next decade.

In a statement, the Bengaluru-based aerospace major said it didn’t receive any official communication from the ministry on AMCA and was not in a position to comment on reports claiming HAL wasn’t considered.

“HAL is simultaneously advancing multiple strategic programmes, including the Indian Multi Role Helicopter, LCA Mk2, and Combat Air Teaming System, which will further strengthen its technological capabilities and long-term growth prospects.
These programmes are expected to enter production post-2032,” it said. The company has a robust order book, providing strong revenue visibility, and a healthy production and execution pipeline extending up to 2032.

HAL is also diversifying its portfolio in the civil aviation segment with platforms such as the Dhruv NG, Hindustan 228 and the SJ 100, which will enhance revenue and provide sustainable growth in the future. Earlier this year, the state-owned
said it was developing the AMCA and a prototype was to be ready by 2028.

4.2 Km Highway Emergency Landing Strip For Military, Civil Aircraft In Assam​

Under the scorching sun, crowds gathered along the Moran bypass in Assam on Saturday to witness Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurate the Northeast's first Emergency Landing Facility (ELF).

PM Modi marked the inauguration with a historic landing aboard a C-130J aircraft, kicking off his one-day visit to the poll-bound state.

The 4.2-km stretch of the highway, which usually sees heavy vehicles passing through, has now been upgraded to serve as an emergency landing strip for the armed forces during disasters or contingencies.

The four-lane ELF project, conceptualised in 2021 and completed in 2025 at a cost of Rs 99.86 crore, has been built in coordination with the Indian Air Force (IAF) to support landings and take-offs of both military and civilian aircraft.


Residents from nearby villages queued up along the highway. "This is very important for the Northeast, and watching it so close to home feels amazing," said 54-year-old Sanjeeb Das, who was waiting with others watching the Indian Air Force prepare for the sortie. Seven-year-old Aneesha, who rushed over after school, was thrilled to watch the planes. "I couldn't see the full airshow because I had school but now I've come with my mother to view the planes," she said.


During a 20-minute air show, the Indian Air Force demonstrated touch-and-go operations and evacuation procedures, giving the public a first-hand look at how emergency missions are carried out. Rafale jets, Sukhoi aircraft and the C-130J participated in the display.

The ELF passes through Khelmati, Chagkipathar, Natunmaji, Jationi and Digholia villages in Dibrugarh district. Along with strengthening national security, the project is expected to improve regional connectivity and enhance disaster-response capabilities across the Northeast.

The Emergency Landing Facility (ELF) is the first of its kind in Northeast India. It has been specially designed and constructed in coordination with the Indian Air Force to support landing and take-off of military and civil aircraft during emergencies. It will serve as a critical asset for emergency response, enabling quick deployment of rescue and relief operations during natural disasters or strategic requirements in the Northeast.

Envisioned as dual-use infrastructure, the ELF is capable of handling fighter aircraft up to 40 tonnes and transport aircraft up to 74 tonnes maximum take-off weight.

A notable feature of the Moran ELF is the absence of a central road divider, allowing smooth aircraft movement during landing and take-off operations.

The facility is being viewed as a major strategic addition to India's military infrastructure in Upper Assam, located not far from the India-China border. It will act as an alternative landing option if Dibrugarh Airport or the Chabua Air Force Station becomes unavailable due to operational constraints or emergencies.

Until now, most such emergency landing strips in India have been concentrated in the western, northern and central regions. The Moran ELF marks the first for the Northeast.

Haryana: Man held for allegedly passing details related to Ambala Air Force Station to Pakistan​


Police are also working to recover data that was deleted from Kumar’s mobile phone. Further investigation is underway to find out whether more people were involved in the case.​

Haryana Police has arrested a man in Ambala on charges of sharing sensitive information related to the Air Force with contacts in Pakistan, PTI reported citing officials. The accused has been identified as Sunil Kumar, a resident of Sabka village in the Saha area of Ambala district.


Police said the accused had been communicating with a woman through a Pakistani social media platform for nearly seven months.

According to investigators, Kumar had access to the Ambala Air Force Station and visited the premises several times. He was also reportedly in contact with a contractor working at the station, which allowed him to move around the area frequently.

Police alleged that Kumar shared his live location, photographs and video clips linked to the Air Force Station through a mobile application. Officials said he remained in regular conversation with the woman and may have been trapped through an online honey trap.

Ambala Crime Deputy Superintendent of Police, Virender Kumar, said early findings suggest that the accused passed on information related to the Air Force Station to the neighbouring country.

A local court has sent the accused to four days of police remand for further questioning, he added.

Police are also working to recover data that was deleted from Kumar’s mobile phone. Further investigation is underway to find out whether more people were involved in the case.

Pak trying to project Punjab as disturbed state, says state DGP​

Earlier, Punjab Police raised concerns over the smuggling of arms and explosives into the state, alleging that Pakistan’s spy agency ISI was attempting to destabilise the region. Police officials said the intelligence agency is using drones to transport weapons and push for violent incidents such as grenade attacks.

Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, Punjab Police Chief Gaurav Yadav said the state is facing attempts by external forces to portray it as “highly disturbed.” However, he assured that police forces are actively countering these efforts and taking strong measures to prevent any attacks.

Why do you lie so much? All you videos related to sindoor are from APK school boy zero credibility mohallah channels which doctor Indian videos. They are not Indian videos . It's a waste of space to talk to you as you run away when asked to show time stamp and documents in actual sources. Yet a moron like you dare to call nyt fake. That's your level of intelligence. Which of this channel is Indian..which of this is even a legitimate media outlet..these are Paksitani tuccha YouTube and Twitter channels. Share original media content not pak schools kh doctored videos of Indian and neutral media. Do you understand the difference ..those videos are edited as there is 0 evidence of PAF doing any real damage on Indian military assets..beyond trying to attack many times and yes shooting down 1-2 jets on day 1. That's why you guys have 0 satellite images.

honestly you need to be less of a clown, the satelite images of indian claiming to have hit pakistan bases were all doctored - @uppercut the other clown has shown this image - and yet ive shown him the proof of that base was not hit - just part of the runway had a whole - so i dont know why you think satelite image is aways real

and yes pakistan has shown satelite images of the bases and even the location wre they hit the s400 radar was hit - shown numerous of times + if you do some recent research now india is claiming that the s400 location was a dummy = you can goolge search your own india media now claiming this sourcing thr reference from iaf. (this came out around 10days ago).... typical indians always late and full of lies,

Pune airport runway shut after IAF aircraft makes 'hard landing'

The Indian Air Force (IAF) late Friday night said the runway at Pune airport is temporarily unavailable following an incident involving one of its aircraft.

It said efforts are underway to operationalise the runway.

"Pune runway is temporarily unavailable due to an incident involving an IAF aircraft. The aircrew are safe and there is no damage to civil property," the IAF said on social media.

"Efforts are underway to operationalise the runway and resume normal operations at the earliest," it said.

The airport uses a 'dual-use model', integrating civilian commercial operations with an active Air Force station.

A police officer said an IAF aircraft experienced a "hard landing" but refused to give details.

According to the authorities at the Pune International Airport, at about 2225 hrs, a fighter aircraft experienced an undercarriage failure during landing, resulting in blockage of the runway.
