before the tournament starts, you can change as many times as you want, and it won't reduce your 150 subs

If this is the case, we will have to include some non-playing team members in certain matches, right?

For example, if I pick 11 players from all nations, only a few of them will actually be playing in the NZ vs Pak match. In that case, I will earn points only for those players.

Every match will start 2:00PM PST. Let's say the start of the match is delayed by 60 minutes due to the weather.
The revisions to your fantasy team will be LOCKED at 2:00 PM PST sharp - the scheduled start time!
