The sheer ineptitude of Pakistan's new-ball bowlers is stunning

Be it Amir, although he wasn't as bad as the others.

Shaheen Shah Afridi has been absolute dross for a few matches now, and I get the inconsistency of younger players like him and Hasnain but the idiocy of their bowling is so frustrating to watch.

It tells you a lot when we'll more than likely play Hasan, Amir and Wahab, after the latter's impressive death bowling and we'll more than likely drop the two younger players.

I know it's a warm up game, but this is when you can try some things out, try out different tactics etc but we seem to be a one-dimensional bowling unit.

I do hope we can get this right sooner rather than later but I'm not banking on it with the these new-ball bowlers.

I cannot believe Hasan didn't get a bowl today... was he injured or what???



These Hasnain and Shaheen type toddlers have no business playing international cricket at the moment. They should go back to domestics and actually learn the basics of bowling.


I would play with Amir, Hasan and Wahab as my pacers even though the latter might go for a 100.

Saw Hasnain bowl for the first time and he's very reminiscent of Mohammad Sami.

This team can't afford to play him,
Keep bowling short or over pitched 90 mph trash.

With Imad and Shadab bowling 20 overs between them, Amir, Hasan and Wahab (plus Haris) will have to bowl the other 30.

Don't forget these bowlers will never have enough to defend. Hasnain leaking runs will for sure lose matches.
