It's hard to cut down on food; the quick fix is going to gym three times a week to counter the food you eat. And am not talking about over-eating being the problem but the amount we eat to maintain our weight is still a big issue. I guess if your body fat percentage is low then you can afford to eat as much as you normally do; otherwise you have to eat below your calorie deficit by cutting down on the booze etcor go gym at least 3 times. [MENTION=134867]Kiri[/MENTION] just does sit ups in his bed rooms and hits the KFC joints all over London; still manages to pick up wickets

But Kiri is skinny, he can all day and won't gain weight
