The Spin Bowling Thread

It's hard to cut down on food; the quick fix is going to gym three times a week to counter the food you eat. And am not talking about over-eating being the problem but the amount we eat to maintain our weight is still a big issue. I guess if your body fat percentage is low then you can afford to eat as much as you normally do; otherwise you have to eat below your calorie deficit by cutting down on the booze etc :afridi or go gym at least 3 times. Kiri just does sit ups in his bed rooms and hits the KFC joints all over London; still manages to pick up wickets :yk2

But Kiri is skinny, he can all day and won't gain weight :sanga. Since all the leggies are chubby, Warnie, Mishra, and Chawla, I guess I'll do fine :warne

just keep eating......eating....AND...eating! It's all good for the turn.

There's a saying in my house...:srt

Big bellies will bring big leggies!

That is why it is growing every month :warne

I'm an off-spinner. I generally bowl normal off-break and doosra's most of the time, I haven't yet developed the teesra, floater, top-spinner. I will work on these during these months ready to bamboozle the batsman in the summer.

I also need to work on my bowling speed and variations as described above.
