Current side occupation. I am absolutely intrigued to know what exactly took place in San Francisco 1968-1974. One fascinating case that I hope is solved during my lifetime, although with each passing day it seems highly unlikely.
My fascination in this case began a couple of months ago when I accidentally came across the 2007 movie by David Fincher, mainly based on Robert Graysmith's research on the case. The actual reason for the obsession is born from the fact that this guy was never caught.
I don't want to go into the detail of the murders and attempted murders committed by this person or persons, but the fact that he would taunt the police with his cyphers, 3/4 that to this day have not been solved either. The handwriting and the thought process of the person. His absolute ability to not give away anything that could prove to be a fatal lead to his identity. My word, I hope technology is developed to crack the 340 code.
Also, some of the prime suspects. I would really love to discuss this case in detail with fellow Zodiac hunters as I am also one these days.
I will get the ball rolling. In my opinion,Arthur Leigh Allen could well have been the killer at Lake Berryessa, but he was not the killer at the Paul Stine scene and the two lovers lane murders.
