Regardless of whatever happened in past 10-15 overs, this looks like a typical ODI battig surface and this isn't an out of sight target by any means in modern cricket.

So no excuses for Pakistani batsmen to hide behind bowling failures of their colleagues. If they apply themselves and showcase their talent, this target is very much achievable.

Time to take ownership.

wishful thinking

Literally when have Pakistani openers (other than Sharjeel) looked to dominate in the last decade?

Don't expect miracles when you have Shehzad and Azhar opening

They're not used to batting on these type of pitches. Against these bowlers. It is achievable, but there is only a 10% chance imo.

Some struggles against Bhuvi's swing, otherwise a decent start this.

Only rain can save us.We don't have a strong batting lineup like S.A,Eng or Aus we have players like :azhar2 in the team and you shouldn't expect us to win this match despite the pitch being flat.Last 4 overs changed the whole momentum,it was looking like as if India were playing against a school team and were having fun smashing them all around the park..

Looking at the way Pakistan was batting, I think our total is not total high enough. They are not at all troubled by our bowling. Hope those ball which Rohit ate up won't hurt us in the end. :(

Why is hafeez in the team someone please tell, he cant bowl so thats not it

hafeez is there because pakistan team has too much space to waste

similar like wahab riaz, shoaib malik, azhar ali etc

if Azhar is batting at 100 strike rate you know that theres nothing in the pitch its all about applying yourself
