KING RIZZY I'm slightly confused, Are we not allowed to sign released players now or do we wait till the time when the free agents are available to choose.

The player i wanted to sign now is Manu del Moral released by Real Kings FC.
 
I am quite excited with the signing of Walcott, reckon he will be quite good, the only question is do I play him as a striker? :13:

What a perfect set up. Iniesta can be that advanced playmaker and have him supply passes to Walcott.

Have them pass to his feet and let him run with it. Scary results, no doubt about it.

Yeah, I think I am stuck with Gomes for now. I did look at that Ochoa, doesn't appear to be a great deal between him and Gomes

My backup keeper Stegen has lots of potential so think I will just press ahead

Though I do have a few quid so might throw in a big tempting offer for someone :yk

Yeah im exactly in your position, my backup keeper has very good potential so I'm gona go with him for a few games.

My advise to you if you really want a big name keeper would be to swap one of your big name outfield players for a keeper. That might tempt someone to swap the keeper for a star player. If i had a good keeper i would certainly entrain an offer like that.

But yeah for now try your 2nd choice Goalie he might turn out to be world class :umarakmal
 
King Rizzy when you get a chance to see this could you confirm to me if i can currently sign a player that has been released by one of the managers? i saw his name in the list of released players

I want to sign Manu del Moral released by Real Kings FC.

I certainly thought about it BUT it isn't easy letting go of your star players, I mean for example I would love to face Neuer or Lloris BUT not at the expense of Iniesta

I fairly content with my team, need to make couple of squad signings and I will be ready to proceed and then judge things later on

Hmmm you are in a difficult position, i hope goalkeepers don't play a huge part in football manger matches, or me and you are going to be in a pickle, well you should be fine you have Iniesta and Ronaldo i can see you outscoring most oppositions

If you have world class back four, keepers don't matter. No shots, no goals.

Important for you guys to strengthen that back four as much as you can.

the released players automatically become free agents so you can select them as a free player which is after opening of the transfer window.

Babel is good technically but I play a lot of FM man and his mental stats are crap and that makes a big difference.
