Depends on the board expectations you set initially.

If you initially set expectations that you will win the league and you end up coming last or something like that you are obviously going to get sacked.

Btw, good question for Ibad, what expectations are you setting for each club? Is it mid-table or title challenger etc...?

it depends on your board. Every club has a separate board. If they are strict then you might be in trouble.
