Trundlers for the national team, fast medium and fast for the franchise

In NZL and against SA, Faheem Ashraf was contented with the pace of 125-128 but in PSL he is bowling at 138-140 Kmp range. Similarly the "tape bowler " street fast bowler was bowling at around 133-134 range in matches in NZL and for national team recently but bowling in mid and high 140s in PSL.

Wonder why listless bowling effort while playing for national team but the same bowlers breaking their back for the franchise ?

Haris bowled 150 kph in 2nd t20i vs New Zeland and most of the time he has bowled from 138 to 148 kph in his international cricket. Faheem was not bowling 125 to 128 kph in test cricket but 127 to 135 kph
