He was arrested for
Section 153A in The Indian Penal Code
157 [153A. Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony.—
Hundreds of thousands of Hindus have prayed at Muslim religious sites inc extremists such as Modi. None have been arrested while many Muslims still believe Modi has the blood of Muslims on his hands.
You can bury your head in the Indian sand but this was clearly a move by Hindu extermists.
Fine but no Hindu should also pray or enter any Muslim/Islamic site. But you'd shed a tear for them.
Some temple authorities are destroying the sanctity of the temples by allowing non hindus without offering them proper guidance
The Muslim man was arrested for praying in a temple. Hindus can also pray without bringing in idols or do you think they carry them around everywhere? lol
Thousands of Hindus, many famous inc Bollywood stars pray at Sufi Shrines. Why havent they been arrested? Btw what is the actual Indian law to make such an arrest, can you reference this?
Interesting, I was told many times on this forum Hinduism isnt strict, you can be how you want and remain a Hindu. I was even told its ok to be an atheist Hindu. Not suggesting you but it seems now as a Muslim prays views are more stricter.
Btw Is it ok for a Hindu to pray in a Mosque or offer prayers to a Sufi saint etc?
Thanks brother. I am good. How's life treating you?
I was a student of Ramakrishna Mission. This was pretty common in the main temple of our school.
No, you are the one has buried his head in the sand. Your hatred for India/Hindus is so extreme that you will defend an idiot who went to a Hindu temple to offer namaz.
Again, and perhaps for the final time, hundreds and thousands of Hindus have prayed at Muslim religious sites but they did not entire these sites with their idols and neither did they do pooja on these sites.
If a Hindu goes to a mosque with an idol and start doing pooja, the police will not have to arrest him. They will have to pick up his corpse from the mosque because he is not going to get out of their alive.
In fact, the vast majority of mosques especially in Pakistan do not even allow non-Muslims to enter the premises of a mosque let alone pray to their gods within a mosque.
When Pakistanis used to go to India regularly 10-15 years back via the bus service, they would also visit Hindu temples and no one got arrested.
Thousands of non-Hindus including Muslims visit temples and Hindu religious sites for tourism etc. and they do not get arrested.
If a Muslim is arrested simply for visiting a temple then yes it would be an act of extremism.
However, arresting an idiot who decided to offer namaz in a temple deserves to be arrested and the police did not act unjustly.
Depends on where you are from in Kerala. In South Kerala, not much. I grew up in Central Travancore and we had xtians and muslim playing cricket and volleyball on temple grounds. There are few exceptions I mentioned that in previous posts.
Necessary arrest. Doing Namaz in a temple insulting and provoking a community is a fit case to be arrested.
Ofcourse you dont see anything wrong in that do yoy?
But but but freedom of expression?!?
You're slow. Im not defending anyone, simply asking for reason which are hypocritcal.
Hindus dont walk with idols in their pockets 24/7. lol.
Hindus should also be arrested for praying in Islamic buildings but your mate Modi, who is no average Hindu but the boss of Hindutva had no issues. You defend him but not a Muslim who was granted permission. Modi in an Islamic buidling is offensive to many Muslims in India esp those who have seen family members raped or attacked due to his extreme ideology.
If anything is offensive to muslims in India, they will talk about it. No one made a brit pakistani the spokesman for muslims of India.
Anyone can enter temple grounds but many temples displays boards barring entry of non hindus inside it's four walls(ചുറ്റുമതിൽ)Depends on where you are from in Kerala. In South Kerala, not much. I grew up in Central Travancore and we had xtians and muslim playing cricket and volleyball on temple grounds.
No Indian Muslim made an RSS supporter their spokesman.
If they were to complain of any Hindu using any Islamic building to pray, I assume they the Hindu would also be arrested?
