Urgent help: Ihsan Lynx XI or CA 15000

am in karachi for a few days and went to the UT store with the idea of buying CA 15000 as my brother loves that bat.

The guy said I should buy the Ihsan X1 and its selling more and is a better bat. UT has never been big fans of CA somehow. They were also pushing for some HS brand. Said AS, Malik and other brands dont sell as much compare to the new Ihsan Lynx X1.

Price wise both are similar.

Any thoughts for people that might have used either bats?

My opinion

I own both if these bats. Well close anyway. I have the x1 333 and ca plus 15000 le. The 333 was purchased from sailkot shop via internet and the ca direct from factory. At the time the le was top of the range from ca so not sure if it's comparible to the standard ca 15000. Both are very nice bats and originally the 333 had better ping but after nocking in the ca came to life. The y both pick up well and are similar profile typical of pakistan bats. I wouldn't hesitate buying either but would probably go the x1 providing it is legit seeing as it is top of the range ihsan. Have a good look at the grains of both bats and this might help you choose also

its all b.s, my uncle owns CA agency and he tell me that profit margins are very narrow so they often try to sell other brands. CA is still better than any other pak brands.

I was in touch with Ut sports few weeks ago asking for a CA Big Bang KP and they were saying to me we advise you to get the new HS core 5 bat it's better then CA and the best bat in Pakistan. I was but hesitant so decided not to get any from them. I contacted them few days ago saying can you give me price of CA Big Bang KP they said go for HS bat they are better. I said no I just want CA Big Bang KP nothing else then they said we don't have that in stock only CA players edition so didn't buy anything from them.
I asked a seller here who stocks both CA and HS bats and he said no way Hs bats are better then CA. Even Ihsan bats are better then CA probably HS gives then a good deal on their bats that's why they saying that to sell more.

But they are a good store with gold reviews and stock decent bats. Best thing is go in and check their bats yourself and choose one and just don't take their advise. See what feels better and have a check on the ping. Hope you find a good one. Let us know what you get. I would advise you a CA Big Bang Dilshan it's same shape and profile as ca 15000 players editor and Big Bang KP but good thing is that it has a oval handle which CA has introduced new.

customer made HS bat. Really liked the balance on this one.

You already know that laminated bats are banned, right? and small objection during the match by anyone will take your bat away from the picture.
In my opinion stay away from buying brand new high end (expensive) CA bats. Look at Kal Ahmed's thread here and see what happened to his brand new high end CA bat after my repeated warnings to stay away from it if you wanted to protect your investment.
If this laminated bat is less than $100 and u plan to play with it in the nets then by all means, go for it.

If you are really fascinated by a high end CA bat for match then buy a used one from Ebay.

But if u r in the market to buy a brand new high end Pakistani bat then look for an AS v.10 or an AS v.100 special edition in not more than 2 lbs 10 Oz. I am telling you, you will be super gladly surprised by the quality, performance and price.

Thanks for your advice FB. I already have a AS v10 been using it for 2 years now, hit alteast 30 sixes with it now! Lovely piece of wood, but lost some of its shine after two years.

Just looking for a change now. About to to leave for the store now, will probably get that HS bat whose balance I really liked!

What are the prices of the CA Big Bang Dilshan and KP. Also does the hs bat feel and pings better then CA.

I would like to share information about HS sports is a sister concern of CA sports and owned by younger brother of owner of CA Sports also his father is helping him getting the success. so I believe HS and CA are same stuff except the stickers.
