Iran is a proper headache for the rest of the world, stupid people, stupid government, proper failed state but arrogant as if they are some sort of superpower.
While everyone and their aunt in Pakistan thought the virus will enter from China, not a single reported case is from a traveller from China while 90%+ are from Iran.

Why would they not cooperate, especially with Pakistan, one of the few countries aggressively pushing for lifting sanctions from Iran?

they hide the virus outbreak for weeks inside Iran, when it gt out of control. they let the first few batches go away without giving any warning to Pakistani govt.
Pakistani govt gt to know when the iranian officials confirmed the outbreak to the world media.
